Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
Note: Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized bags
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Process
- In-Store Purchases: Bring your item along with the receipt to our shop within the 14-day window.
- Online Orders: Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
Return shipping costs (for online orders) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
